Our physical therapy clinic accepts most major health insurance plans including Kaiser, TRICARE, Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare (UHC), Humana and Pinnacle. We accept liens and work together with your personal injury attorney for car accidents. We also accept cash, check, and credit card payments.
Please check with your insurance provider at the outset of treatment to ensure that you are covered for your treatment (and at what level) and to be sure that we are listed as a provider in your plan. It is the patient’s responsibility to check their insurance plan coverage. To avoid unpleasant and expensive surprises, we strongly encourage our patients to carefully research the specific provisions of their health insurance coverage. Insurers typically deny coverage if you do not meet their provisions. It is the patient’s responsibility to know the specific requirements of their coverage, and to inform our office of all special requirements.
It is important that you bring your insurance card and ID card to every appointment. If you change insurance companies or change your address, phone number, etc., please contact our office as soon as possible so we can make the necessary changes to your file. We will help as much as we can to help you navigate through verifying your insurance.
We also work with auto insurance using MedPay and work on lien with lawyers due to personal injury.
About ‘First Access’
Colorado is a First Access state which means you can see a physical therapist as your first line of care to diagnose and treat a medical condition. This means you can schedule an appointment with one of our physical therapists without a doctor’s referral. However, consult with your insurance provider for coverage details.
If you ever have questions about insurance coverage or scheduling an appointment, contact our office and we’ll guide you through the process.
